Who should take care

Ashwagandha may not be safe in pregnancy or breastfeeding. It may affect thyroid function and might interact with medicines for thyroid, blood sugar, blood pressure, sleep or anxiety, and with immune-suppressing medicines. Liver injury has been linked to it in some people, so stop and call your doctor if you notice yellow skin or eyes or dark urine. Both of our gummies contain it, so the amounts add up.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement if you take any medicine, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a health condition.
